We want you to love your South Park gear, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items back in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
